Hi, I’m Dawn—the owner and person behind Tillies.
Tillies was built around one simple belief: pet care should never feel rushed. Every animal is an individual, so their routine, temperament, body language and comfort always come before convenience.
From carefully matched group walks in secure countryside fields and calm one-to-one grooming to trusted cat and small-animal visits at home, every service is delivered personally by me.
As a small independent business, I’m the person caring for your pet, answering your messages, collecting your dog and keeping you updated. That personal relationship means I get to know each animal properly and can provide consistent care you can trust.
I’m fully insured, DBS checked and pet first aid trained—but just as importantly, I’ll always be honest about what is right for your pet, even when that means recommending a different approach.
