Your dog has the salon entirely to themselves, without other dogs waiting, barking or adding pressure. Every appointment is paced around the individual dog, with breaks and adjustments made whenever needed.
Body language is listened to throughout, and you’ll always receive honest feedback about your dog’s comfort, coat condition and future grooming needs.

Full grooms start from £50. The final price depends on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition, behaviour and the time required. Any additional matting charge or change to the expected price will be explained before grooming begins.

Most appointments take around one to two hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat, behaviour and the service required. Appointments are never rushed; your dog will be given breaks whenever needed, and you’ll be contacted when they are nearly ready for collection.

Tight matting will not be pulled or painfully brushed out. Where necessary, the coat will be clipped short for your dog’s comfort and welfare. Hair grows back; damaged confidence is much harder to rebuild. Matting may incur an additional charge because of the extra time, equipment wear and care required.

Nervous dogs are supported with calm handling, patience, breaks and confidence-building at their own pace. However, I am not a behaviour-rehabilitation service and cannot accept dogs displaying aggression. Suitability will be discussed honestly before booking.

No. Double coats are designed to regulate temperature and protect the skin, and clipping can cause long-term coat damage. Appropriate bath, blow-dry and de-shedding treatments are offered instead.
