❓ Frequently Asked Questions

🐾 How long are walks?

Group walks are 1 hour of active walking time, starting when we arrive at the fields. Pick-up, travel, and drop-off are not included in this time, so your dog is actually out for longer overall.

💷 When are payments due?

Dog Grooming

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• After your appointment, the deposit can either be deducted from the groom cost or rolled over to secure your next booking.

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a grooming appointment — otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Missed or unattended appointments must be paid for in full before rebooking.

Dog Walking & Pet Sitting

• Payments are made monthly in advance.

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, otherwise payments will be forfeited.
