How long are walks?

Group walks are 1 hour, this time starts from when we get to the fields, I do not include pick up/drop off or travel time in your dogs walking time, therefore they are out longer than the hour when incorporating this.

When are paymentS due?

This does depend on the service being carried out.

Dog Grooming appointments a deposit is required at time of booking, this is to secure your appointment slot, once your appointment has been attended the deposit can either be taken off of the groom cost, or rolled over to secure your next appointment.

I do require 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule any grooming appointment or your deposit will be forfeited.

Should the appointment be missed or you don’t attend you will need to pay in full for the unattended before being rebooked.

Dog Walking/Pet Sitting all payment are paid monthly in advance, I require 48 hours notice to cancel appointment or payments will be forfeited.
